Redrafting the NBA: Part One

Derek and Chad pull out a fan favorite by redrafting all 30 teams in a fantasy basketball style process. If we threw out contracts and team history, who would be the first player chosen? Where would LeBron go? Would any Timberwolves go in the first round? What's more important: youth, talent, or position?
